Final Day of the EPL Sunday LIVE:

Final day: Which side of Manchester will win the EPL today? City or United? Will QPR avoid relegation?

Good afternoon to all of you, and welcome to my LIVE coverage of the final day of the 2011-12 season in the EPL. This has been an amazing 12 months with lots of drama, goals and controversy.

Everything is on the line here, as Arsenal, Newcastle and Tottenham are all fighting for Champions League places, the Manchester Clubs are seperate to win the EPL title, and QPR and Bolton are trying to avoid releagtion by putting the other in the drop zone.

There will be more drama, broken hearts and history will be made today, do not worry about that!

These are the fixtures that will ALL take place at 15:00pm today:

Arsenal vs West Bromwich Albion:

New England manager Roy Hodgson takes his last match in charge of West Brom against a tough Arsenal side who are still not guarenteed of 3rd place yet.

Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers:

Well, Chelsea are certain of finishing in 6th place this season, but they can go out with a bang against Blackburn at Stamford Bridge who got relegated on Monday against Wigan.

This is their practice match for the epic Champions League final next Saturday against Bayern Munich and every player will not to impress. Both teams will not be happy with their performances this season though.

Everton vs Newcastle United:

Both teams have done very well this season, but it is not over for either team. If Everton beat Newcastle today, they will confirm 7th place, ahead of Merseyiside rivals Liverpool and if Tottenham win then the away side will get Europa League next season.

REMEMBER: Newcastle can still get Champions League as long as they win and London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham do not.

Manchester City vs QPR:

This match will be the title decider as 1st placed Manchester City host QPR at The Ethiad Stadium. If Manchester City win today, they will secure their first EPL title in 44 years.

Here's the twist:
Manchester United beat Sunderland and City fail to beat QPR, then United retain their title.
If QPR lose, and Bolton win against Stoke then QPR are RELEGATED.

FACT: Former Manchester City manager Mark Hughes will face his old club today.

Norwich City vs Aston Villa:

This match will be played at Carrow Road, as 13th placed Norwich face 16th placed Aston Villa.
Villa are technically safe from the drop by goal difference, but Norwich will not mind moving up to 11th placed if results go their way.

Stoke City vs Bolton Wanderers:

This could be the match that decides Bolton's fate. Even if they win today, they may still go down. It has been that kind of season really.
Stoke City are a hard team to beat, especially when you are away from home, so the odds are stacked against them. But you never know.
Miracles can happen.

FACT: Stoke have lost only 4 matches at home this season.

14:00: Less than 1 hour to go here.
Team news from all the matches to come at 2:30pm

Sunderland vs Manchester United:

This match will played at The Stadium of Light, as Manchester United need to win and hope rivals City fail to beat QPR or they will lose their EPL crown.
Sunderland will be looking to provide an upset here today, especially as they are at home in-front of their fans.

FACT: Manchester United have lost 3 matches away from home this season.

14:15:
Barclays' Player of the Season Vincent Kompany starts for Manchester City today, along with Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero.

This match will be played at White Hart Lane, as 4th placed Tottenham look to qualify for the Champions League next season with a win here today against 9th placed Fulham.

Swansea vs Liverpool:

This match will played at The Liberty Stadium, as 12th placed Swansea host a disappointing 8th placed Liverpool side.
Liverpool will look to leapfrog Everton into 7th placed, while Swansea would not mind moving up to 11th place.
