It has been a fairly even and entertaining match so far at Carrow Road with both teams have half chances including the the penalty incident and the Norwich goalmouth scramble.
The penalty incident was in the 40th minute, after Norwich midfielder Andrew Surman was tackled late by defender James Collins.
Referee Chris Foy gave Norwich a free-kick inches away from the penalty area but Norwich were not able to take their chance.
The goalmouth scramble was for Norwich, after 5 shots on goal, West Ham goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen prevented a goal for The Canaries.

Steve Sidwell made it 3-0 to Fulham in the 89th minute before the referee ended West Brom's woes.

Arsenal did something that Manchester United and Manchester City both could not do - thrash Southampton.
Theo Walcott, Lukas Podolski, Gervinho (x2) and two own goals gave The Gunners all three points at The Emirates.

Of all clubs that you would think Swansea would lose their first defeat this season it would not be Aston Villa would it?
Well, Aston Villa DID beat Swansea 2-0 thanks to new signings Christian Benteke and Matthew Lowton.

United showed again that you do not have to play very well to win.
They beat Wigan by 4 goals to nil, with Buttner, Hernandez, Scholes and Powell all on the scoresheet for the hosts.
QPR 0 Chelsea 0
The West London derby between QPR and Chelsea has finally finished.
The major story was before the match, with Anton Ferdinand refusing to shake Ashley Cole and John Terry's hands during the pre-match handshake ritual.
Both sides failed to take their chances, with Chelsea the more disappointed of the two sides with Julio Cesar impressing and keeping a clean sheet on his debut.
