Transfer Deadline Day - LIVE Coverage:

Deadline Day: Today is September 2nd, also known as transfer deadline day.

Hello and welcome to my latest blog post where I have a LIVE Commentary throughout the whole of today - Transfer Deadline Day in England.

I will have minute-by-minute updates of all the latest transfer rumours, news, deals and I will review all of the EPL clubs' spending and signings at the end. A special blog post for you all, because it only happens twice a year :)

10:40 am - Here are all the confirmed done deals, loan signings and current transfer news across the EPL so far today:

Liverpool have confirmed two big defensive signings already with Sporting Lisbon's Tiago Llori and PSG centre-back Mamadou Sakho already signed for the club in the past two hours.

Strong signing: Sakho has joined Liverpool on a long-term contract deal for an undisclosed fee.

Done deal: Tiago Ilori poses with his new Liverpool shirt after sealing a move to Anfield.

Just confirmation of a massive deal - Gareth Bale has indeed joined Spanish giants Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee of £85.3million pounds on a 300k-a-week deal. His presentation to the fans is at 12pm, with approximately 80,000 fans waiting for his presence at The Bernabeu.

Finally: World-record transfer Gareth Bale poses on the medical table at Real Madrid.

Already: Real Madrid had already been selling "Bale 11" shirts before his move was finalised.

That is the biggest transfer saga of the summer - DONE.

Chelsea signed Porto winger Cristian Atsu yesterday for £3.5million pounds, and he will be loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem along with 4 other players from Chelsea (to increase the Vitesse - Chelsea partnership)

Future talent: Atsu joined Chelsea on a £3.5million deal, before being loaned to Vitesse.

BREAKING NEWS: Arsenal have made a formal £42.5million pound bid for 24-year-old Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil, who is reportedly on the transfer list by Real who have enough midfielders in depth.

The German had said previously he would fight for his place at The Bernabeu, but the Spanish side still want to sell him so they end the transfer window with a positive net spend after Bale's world-record transfer to the club.

Potential move? Ozil could be on his way to England, to Arsenal for a club-record transfer fee.

Manchester United had previously admitted their interest, but they have moved onto other midfielders including Athletic Bilbao holding midfielder Ander Herrera and Roma playmaker Daniele De Rossi (bids which have both been rejected this morning)

Stoke have completed the signing of Austria forward Marko Arnautovic on a four-year contract deal from Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.

Bargain: Stoke have completed the £2m signing of Werder Bremen striker Marko Arnautovic.
Done deal: Arnautovic poses in his new Stoke kit after his £2m move from Werder Bremen.

Manchester City have solved their defensive cover with the £3.5million signing of Atletico Madrid defender Martin Demichelis, as Vincent Kompany and Matija Nastasic are both ruled out of action due to injury.

Defensive cover: Demichelis has signed for City for £3.5million pounds from Atletico Madrid.

11:20 - Liverpool have completed their third transfer deadline day signing, with Chelsea forward Victor Moses joining The Reds on a season-long loan deal at the club after struggling to hold down a first-team place in the Chelsea side since his £9million move from Wigan.

Liverpool's three deadline day signings were seen watching the game yesterday against United.
.First-team football: Victor Moses was unveiled just under an hour ago as a Liverpool player.

12:18 - The expectation is too much for Real Madrid fans, Bale is set to be unveiled in the next few minutes.

12:20 - Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is addressing the Real Madrid faithful with Bale waiting patiently in the audience.

12:25 - And now Bale has his say - trying a few words in Spanish aswell to impress the local fans.

12:30 - So he has been officially unveiled, and will be going onto the pitch soon to do some traditional kick-ups.

Record-breaking: Gareth Bale is unveiled after his world-record transfer £85million move

I will be back at 3-3.30pm for more transfer deadline day news, done deals and the latest transfer rumours on the last day of the transfer window for 4 months.

However the latest is that Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil is currently undergoing a medical in Germany ahead of his proposed £42.5million move to English side Arsenal (who have been under pressure to sign world-class players... what a player he is!).

Also, West Brom wantaway striker Peter Odemwingie is rumoured to join Welsh newly-promoted side Cardiff City on a permanent deal as he has been given permission to talk to Cardiff.

16:00 - And I'm back for more, with just under 7 hours to go until the transfer window closes! :) Not much has gone on since I left, however Manchester United have said they are ready to pay the £30.5million buyout clause of Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera - and they have reportedly agreed personal terms but the Spanish midfielder is yet to undergo a medical and sign the contract at United.

Almost: Ander Herrera has agreed personal terms + could be the player to fill the midfield void.

He is still in Spain, he has just under 7 hours to confirm his move to Manchester United to fill that midfield void.

16:05 - Southampton have announced that young striker Emmanuel Mayuka has joined French club Sochaux on a season-long loan deal.

16:08 - Liverpool striker Fabio Borini has had a successful medical at Sunderland ahead of a proposed loan deal move.

16:10 - BREAKING NEWS: Cardiff City have signed West Brom striker Peter Odemwingie for a reported fee of £2.5million pounds.
No official confirmation from either club on their respective websites, but it is reported that Odemwingie is leaving WBA despite rumoured interest from Swansea and Stoke City.

Odemwingie will finally be able to play some first-team football at Cardiff after the deadline day controversy surrounding his future back in January with West Brom.

16:20 - Manchester United's chances of signing a midfielder today is looking more and more likely - they could end up with two new signings.

Everton have completed a £15million move for FC Porto's defensive midfielder Fernando which paves the way for a move to United for Fellaini (who has been given time to think about the move by the Belgian national team this afternoon while he is on international duty)

16:23 - Swansea manager Michael Laudrup said in an earlier press conference that The Swans are looking at a few more players to bring in - and they have agreed a deal with Liga BBVA side Getafe to sign striker Alvaro Vasquez on a season-long loan with a decision to sign permanently in June 2014.

16:25 - INTEREST: PSG were interested in Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil earlier today, with a bid accepted however Arsenal seem to have beaten the French champions to the German's signature.
Therefore they are now looking at a late deal for Chelsea's Spanish playmaker Juan Mata - who is out of favour and not in Jose Mourinho's immediate plans.

PSG are ready to make a late offer for Juan Mata, as the French club have admitted late interest.
16:30 - Just saw this one, Arsenal have officially enquired for Chelsea striker Demba Ba who is not in Mourinho's plans this season and could be on the bench for the most part.

16:35 - Just saw this on the Internet haha! Very interesting indeed...

16:37 - Tottenham's summer signing and defensive midfielder Etienne Capoue is out of action for a month after suffering an ankle injury during his first north London derby yesterday against Arsenal.

16:42 - Thought I had already covered this story earlier this morning, but perhaps I didn't... here it is anyway:

DONE DEAL: Real Madrid have confirmed that Brazillian midfielder Kaka is re-joining former side AC Milan on a free transfer after an unsuccessful spell in Spain due to an injury-plagued time at the club.

Back in Italy: Kaka poses with the AC Milan shirt he was so successful with in past years.

16:45 - Arsenal have just enquired about PSG midfielder Javier Pastore a couple of minutes ago, he is a versatile midfielder who is a good passer of the ball and has attacking flair but is not played regularly enough in France.

Rumoured interest: Arsenal have enquired about the services of PSG midfielder Javier Pastore.

16:48 - Another European deal to update you with - Russian side CSKA Moscow have signed Vitinho from Brazillian side Botafogo for £8.5million pounds on a five-year contract deal. Look out for him in the Champions League group stages this season - in the same group as Manchester City.

16:50 - So it looks like Leighton Baines will stay at Everton for now, the English left-back has joined up with the English national team at St. George's Park.
However, if United make a bid for the full-back and Everton are happy with it, Roy Hodgson will let him leave to talk to the defending EPL champions.

16:55 - Turkish side Besiktas have made a formal £3million pound bid for Fulham's young winger Kerim Frei who is unhappy after not playing regular first-team football at The Cottagers.
He already is in Turkey after linking up with the national team yesterday, will he stay or go?

17:00 - Just under 6 hours left until the transfer window shuts at 11pm tonight. Ozil is poised to sign for The Gunners in the next hour to break their club transfer record for £42.5million pounds, having completed his medical earlier in Germany while on international duty for the national squad.

Meanwhile, Chelsea's young defender Sam Hutchinson has joined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan deal.

Meanwhile, the Bundesliga transfer window has shut, no more permanent transfers allowed until January.

17:15 - DONE DEAL: More news for Arsenal! Palermo goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano has joined The Gunners on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy in 2014, with a loan fee of £1million pounds.

#Welcome Viviano: Arsenal have a picture of new signing and goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano.

Third of the summer: Arsenal have completed their 3rd summer signing in Viviano.

17:40 - Not much going on in the last 25 minutes, Everton have rejected a £15million bid for left-back Leighton Baines however.

17:50 - Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Reading defender Adrian Mariappa on a three-year contract deal for an undisclosed fee.

Irish midfielder Stephan Ireland has signed a season-long loan deal with Stoke from Aston Villa (remember him? Manchester City flop?)

A bit of a shock: Aston Villa midfielder Stephan Ireland has signed for Stoke City on a loan deal.

18:00 - 5 HOURS TO GO: Relief for Newcastle supporters and the board, French midfielder Yohan Cabaye will stay at Newcastle for the rest of the season.

18:04 - News coming out of the Norwich camp is that The Canaries are hoping to tie up a season-long loan deal for wantaway striker Ricardo Vaz Te from West Ham - who made a transfer request last week. Interesting developments, he is a good striker who has attacking flair and can score goals...

West Ham striker Ricardo Vaz Te wants a move, with Norwich hoping to sign him on a loan deal.

18:10 - Latest transfer news and rumours:

QPR are hopeful of signing Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe, who would link up with former manager Harry Redknapp if he were to join. He is not a first-team starter for Spurs at the moment, with the fact being reiterated after the £26million pound signing of Roberto Soldado.

West Brom and Hull City are both very interested in signing Everton striker Victor Anichebe for £4.5million pounds.

18:15 - DONE DEAL: Aston Villa have signed striker Libor Kozak from Lazio on a four-year contract deal.

Done deal: Aston Villa have confirmed their 7th summer transfer signing in Libor Kozak.

18:35 - Manchester City defensive midfielder Gareth Barry's rumoured move to Everton on a loan deal is still possible, but Manchester City want to sell him on a permanent deal instead of a loan transfer for a season.

18:45 - And Liverpool lose out on the race to sign highly-rated Belgian defender Toby Alderweireld, after the centre-back confirmed he has signed for Liga BBVA side Atletico Madrid from Ajax as a replacement for new Manchester City defender Martin Demichelis.

Shame he will not join the EPL, he is a solid defender who is flying the flag for an impressive national side in Belgium.

Indirectly responsible: City's signing of Demichelis means that Liverpool lose Alderweireld.
19:00 - 4 HOURS TO GO:

West Brom striker Shane Long has reportedly left the Republic of Ireland national team's hotel to go and speak to Hull City over a proposed move.
Everton are rumoured to be interested in the striker also, with Anichebe linked with a move away from The Toffees.

DONE DEAL: Aston Villa midfielder Barry Bannan has signed for Crystal Palace on a three-year contract deal for an undisclosed fee.

Done deal: Midfielder Barry Bannan has joined Crystal Palace on a three-year contract deal.

He said earlier: "It is a big move for move to leave Villa and I would like to thank the fans there but it's a new chapter in my life now and I can't wait to get started."

"I want to get myself in the door and start training and hopefully get myself in the team. I haven't played this season and didn't much last year so I can't wait to get going."

19:15 - Everton's attempts to sign Feyenoord defender Bruno Martins Indi are over, after the Dutch side confirmed they will not sell as there is not enough time for them to find a decent replacement.

19:25 - Good news for Liverpool fans, with Uruguay striker Luis Suarez confirming that he will stay at Liverpool - at least for the rest of the season.

He said: "I closed this subject a while ago. I have already taken the decision to stay at Liverpool.

19:40 - DONE DEAL:
BREAKING NEWS - FINALLY!
German midfielder Mesut Ozil has agreed a deal to join London club Arsenal for a club record transfer fee of £42.5million pounds. Great business by Wenger, who has just signed one of the best midfielders in the world in a huge signal of intent to the rest of the EPL. Wow.

Ozil said this: "I look with pride on three wonderful years at Real Madrid, in which I've developed athletically and as a person. We won three titles and I was a regular, but now I look forward to my future in the Premier League with Arsenal."

"In talking with Arsene Wenger, I immediately sensed what had been missing, the wholly-hearted trust in me. I will pay back the club and the fans in each game. Now I want to help the club to finally win a title."

19:55 - Everton's powerhouse midfielder Marouane Fellaini WAS at the Everton training camp, but he has just left now. Is he on his way to Carrington?

20:00 - 3 HOURS TO GO!!!
Crystal Palace are looking to sign wantaway forward Nicklas Bendtner to join former Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh.

20:20 - West Brom are poised to sign Nigerian striker Victor Anichebe from Everton for £5million pounds. The two clubs have agreed a fee, and Anichebe is travelling to the Midlands to discuss personal terms ahead of the proposed move.

Mugshot: Anichebe is poised to sign for West Brom, ready to discuss personal terms ahead of a move.
20:29 - Opta fact for you guys: Mesut Ozil has 72 goal assists in the last five seasons - more than any other player across Europe.
What a class signing he will be for Arsenal! I stand by my reasoning "one of the best midfielders in the world."

20:40 - Looks like Marouane Fellaini is on his way out of Everton then... he has formal made a transfer request in an attempt to force a move to Manchester United with just over 2 hours to go.... is it too late for the Belgian? Will United finally get a centre midfielder?!

21:00 - Two hours left now! Romelu Lukaku is rumoured to join either Everton or West Brom on a season-long loan deal as Mourinho does not have the Belgian striker in his immediate plans despite Lukaku's impressive first season in the EPL with West Brom last term.

23:00 - I will be back soon early tomorrow for my transfer deadline day review with signing analysis and the deals that were completed (which I did and did not cover), but these are the latest transfer developments that have occurred over the past 2 hours in the EPL:
