Before that, Tottenham travel to France to play against Lyon in their tie at 6pm while Newcastle go head-to-head with Metalist Kharkiv again after their match ended 0-0 in the 1st leg.

Then, Lyon went on a break of their own. The through ball pass was too strong however, and Friedel picked the ball up easily.
